This organization is exactly what its name stands for B.I.P.O.C. Black, Indian and People of Color in the Marijuana Business. Social equity and profit are not polar opposites. Smart business people know in order to grow and be profitable it takes working with people from different backgrounds and experiences.

The strength is in the acceptance and looking at the entire picture from different perspectives.

I have personally have had too many conversations with the mentality that let’s get the Safe
Banking Act done so I can do business with regular banks. They can work on social equity later. I call total bullsh*t on this prospective.
